Telogis is looking to appoint a Senior Software engineer for their highly regarded Telogis GeoBase division, based in Christchurch. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading a small team through all the phases of the software development life cycle including implementation and integration testing.

Key skills we are looking for:

5+ years of commercial software development experience.
A desire to manage and mentor a growing group of keen developers.
Proven ability to deliver on-time and to quality.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key technical skills we are looking for:

Extensive experience with C++ and either C# or Java or similar.
Excellent problem solving skills.
A strong grounding in mathematics.
Some development experience with Silverlight or JavaScript would be desirable.
Some understanding of GIS or GPS would be desirable.
